This item comes with extra clear lenses, they look new. It has an extra nose piece. The end of the right arm is broken. The hard plastic at the end is cracked and it does wiggle. It is covered with a soft rubber cover at the end. You likely could glue the cracked part. This item comes in a zip case. * No other defects found.
